Refund & Returns Policy
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following policies.
Return Period: We accept return requests within 30 days from the date you receive your product. After this period, we regret that we cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Return Conditions: We guarantee the quality of our products and workmanship. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no additional cost. As our products are made-to-order, we typically do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer errors such as incorrect selections of sizes, designs, or colors. Please note that our products are customized and manufactured based on market demand and, therefore, may not always be available. Additionally, advertised images may vary slightly from the actual product in terms of color due to lighting during photography or monitor display. Therefore, please allow a 20% variance between advertised images and the actual product you receive.
Eligible Return Cases: We accept returns for products shipped by us if the item is defective due to our error (e.g., wrong item or damaged item). Returned items must include proof of purchase. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return. Please contact our support team at contact@racingteehub.com for further assistance. The customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.
Refunds (if applicable): We accept returns on products that were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g., wrong item or damaged item). Our policy lasts 30 days. After 30 days, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a specific timeframe. If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and then your bank, as there may be processing delays. If you have completed those steps and have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@racingteehub.com.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and then your bank. Contact us at contact@racingteehub.com if you still have not received your refund.
Sale Items (if applicable): Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace defective or damaged items resulting from our errors in production or shipping. To exchange an item, please email us at contact@racingteehub.com. Our customer service team will review your claim and, if approved, provide you with a return address.
Required Evidence for Replacements: Providing comprehensive evidence of shipping or product errors is crucial for our return/replacement process. All required images must be submitted; otherwise, we cannot process your return/replacement.
Wrong Product Shipped: Provide images of the incorrect product received and the shipping label.
Size Issues: Provide images of the shipping label, product size measurement with a ruler, the size tag on the item, and the overall product.
Damaged Items: Provide images of the damaged item and the shipping label.
Cancellations: To cancel or modify your order, please email us at contact@racingteehub.com with your order number and requested changes. We will confirm the cancellation or modification.
Orders can only be canceled or modified within 2 hours of placement. After this time, orders are locked for processing.
A 1.5% management and transaction fee will be applied to order cancellations.
Full refunds only apply to switching orders. When you make a new order, the system will automatically cancel the old order and refund the old order 100%.
